So that's what I did.. I had mashed potatoes on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday. I had a really good meatloaf from Sunday-Wednesday, Thursday I had a chicken breast and Friday I had some tilapia. I also tried out a Kraft Foods macaroni and cheese recipe and it turned out really nice, so I had that also for a few days of the week. Guess what...I spent no money!! I even left all my cards at home. No credit card, no debit cards, no gift cards, nothing! I did bring a couple blank checks in case I had an emergency and I also had a full tank of gas so I wasn't worried about running low.
I still have mashed potatoes left, so I think I'm going to make Mashed Potato Soup.
And I made a double batch of the Meatloaf, so one is in the freezer ready to be cooked for the next time.
And just in case you're interested, here is the macaroni and cheese. I didn't bake it and I used a blend of shredded mild cheddar and jack and a bit of the same thing with a touch of philly cream cheese (brand of cheese) because that's what I had. I didn't like it at first, because it was pretty grainy, but as leftovers it was really good. It wasn't grainy at all. UPDATE: I tried it again just using sharp cheddar cheese that I grated myself and it's not grainy! It's very good!!
Sorry no photos!

I have the same problem. I work until 1pm at WMC so you'd think it'd be super easy to make myself lunch at home. While it is, I can guarantee that it's either pasta or a small little pizza. Yes, these are the foods I want to eat but not the food I KNOW I should eat.
