What's For Lunch {1} - Soup

The weather is FINALLY getting a little cooler in San Diego.  Two months of nearly 90-100 degree weather with NO wind, was getting very old.  The last couple of days I've been waking up and needing to put a sweater on, so I thought I should make some soup to take to work.

Bean and Bacon Soup.  It's an excellent soup.  It's in the first Oelrich cookbook, but I figure I'll link it here too. We recently joined a CSA and used fresh parsley we got from there. It has such a different taste then dried parsley.
